Your mental health matters, which is why the World Health Organization has developed a free stress management programme that can be done right from WhatsApp.

The programme teaches you practical skills to deal with and reduce stress. It takes less than a week to complete, and requires just a few minutes each day.

For now, the Breathe programme is only available in English.
